Arch. Naser Khraibut is an architect and urban development professional who formerly served as Deputy Director General for Planning and Design at Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). His experience spans large-scale housing programmes, new city planning, and the integration of smart and sustainable approaches into urban development. He has contributed to regional and international discussions on housing and cities, including the World Urban Forum. At BIM MENA, he brings a public-sector planning perspective to advisory work on housing strategy, urban development and the adoption of digital practices in housing programmes.
